Travessia da Serra Negra - Parque Nacional do Itatiaia

A equipe Ecoralph organizou e realizou com um grupo a Travessia da Serra Negra na quinta e sexta-feira do feriadão de Páscoa 2013. Esta travessia é um roteiro tradicional do montanhismo brasileiro e é de dificuldade elevada.      

Ralph conduziu a turma até a portaria da parte alta do Parque Nacional do Itatiaia, onde o itinerário se inicia. Nesta travessia, passamos pelo Abrigo Rebouças, seguindo a trilha que leva até a Cachoeira do Aiuruóca e depois de 4h em média de caminhada pesada chegamos ao ponto de parada para o pernoite. 
No dia seguinte, iniciamos a trilha com uma subida, até atingirmos os altos da Mantiqueira, seguindo até o Alto do Vale da Cachoeira Santa Clara, na localidade de Maromba. 
Dois dias andando. Em média  8h no primeiro dia e 6h no segundo dia. 
Daí, descemos a Serra da Região de Visconde de Mauá e voltamos para a "civilização". Tivemos belas paisagens, temperaturas amenas e belos dias de sol e céu azul.

The Trekking over the "Serra Negra" - Itatiaia National Park neighborhood.

Team Ecoralph organized and conducted a group the trekking that crosses the “Serra Negra” in the Easter weekend 2013. This trekking is traditional to brazilian mountaineers and is considered of high difficulty. 

Ralph conducted the group until the entrance of the higher area of Itatiaia National Park where the journey begins. On this journey, we passed by Reboucas Shelter, following the trail leading to the Waterfall Aiuruóca and after 4h of heavy walking we reached the stopping point for the night.

The next day we started with a walk up the trail, until we reached the higher Mantiqueira elevations. Our destination was the Valley of  Waterfall Santa Clara, in the town of Maromba.

Two days walking. 8h in the first day and 6h in the second day.

Then  we crossed the Region of Visconde de Mauá and came back to "civilization".

We had beautiful scenery, mild temperatures and beautiful sunny days and blue sky.
